VMS10 and 1080 60p

I didn't notice if VMS10 would do 1080 60p yet.

Simply set up a 59.94 fps project manually, and put a 60p file in the timeline, and then count the frames per second one by one (using arrow keys, while zoomed-in in the timeline). If it's almost 60, then it supports it fine.
