VMS14 always now opens in registration screen

Tried opening VMS14 this morning and I had an error message that the copy wasn't licenced, I uninstalled and reinstalled , entering the licence key and everything worked OK. But now if I close VMS14 and reopen, it opens in the the Welcome! - Activate with serial number screen. It is preloaded with my password and email, and goes thru the registration routine fine and all works fine. It seems as tho my copy isnt storing the informaton that it is a registered copy. Long term user of 14. Any suggestions anyone? Tim

Try check the license usage in https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/

Any issues over here?

Thanks Set , No problem there. The registration is OK, but locally on my PC, VMS14 isn't storing the info that it is a registered copy. I see this has been raised a couple of weeks ago by Fbarajas. Ill try Snipturn's solution.

Can I ask the Magix team for their comments/solution, as this obviously isn't a one-off.

what do I need to delete in the way of the file that VMS is checkiung. It is something specific to this particulare PC
