VMS6 upgrade to VMS10?

I see that Sony has an offer to upgrade any version of VMS to VMS10. I've been using VMS6 off and on for the past few years. I'm not a hardcore user, more of a hardcore user wannabe, mostly due to a lack of time. Is an upgrade to VMS10 worth the $50 or $60?

Reason: you'll get better export templates (mp4= smaller size, better image quality). Stabilize media and noise reducer are also nice new feature even for the non intensive user.

Ivan123 and MSmart, thanks to both of you for your responses. The image stabilization feature might justify the cost all by itself.
