VMS9 PE and DVDA4.5

Is the version of DVDA 4.5 the same as DVDA4.5d? I already have that installed with V8 so is there any reason to install the version that came with VMS9?

VMS 9 PE runs fine, but how do I get the Tracks back on TOP of the display with the explorer/preview and audio at the bottom! I can't seem to be to just drag them.

For the tracks: At least on V8, there was an option at the preference panel.

Ok, I answered my own question by running the set up. It is indeed DVD A 4.5d.
