VOB to VOB

Is it possible to add a VOB file from one DVD to another, as an individual track, with re-rendering?

Good timing. I just got this address. it will let you re-author and add files (chapters). Just learn the 're-author' process and it's pretty easy from there. DVD Shrink will let you add your files from your DVD to your computer and allow you to add or subtract sections. Menus will not work the same though, but DVD will play all chapters in succession with markers.

One way would be to re-name the file (assuming you've ripped it onto your computer) to .mpg and drop it into Vegas and go from there?
