Volume envelope curve constantly change

Hi All Vegas users

I do not know how to keep the volumne envelope stays with the event that I edited the sound volumne, eveytime when I add some back ground music to additional audio track, the curve on the orignal audio track it keeps shifting and make my editied point is not accurate any more. Usually I have to go back to adjust it.

Not sure exactly what you're asking, but there's an item under "Options" to Lock envelopes to events". This means any envelope shape you have created to go with a particular event will stay with that event if you move it.

I'm not sure about adding an additional audio track causing the envelope to move on a different track - you'll have to describe in more detail.
