VP 19 fails to load

Occasionally and seemingly randomly VP 19 (build 643) fails to load when I try to start the program. No error message, no window, no warning. I have to restart the computer and then Vegas operates normailly. I'm running the latest Win 11 home build. Ideas?

Next time try this:
- Go to Windows task management
- Look in background processes
- If you see there something with "Vegas"
- select it and end it trough the end button
