VP 19 Won't Launch After Update?

VP 19 Build 648 on Windows 10, Ryzen 9 5950, 64 Gb DDR4

The below is a 7 seconds OBS Studio screen capture video of what happens in Process Explorer.

Since I can't get into Vegas to edit it, it's as captured - I don't know how to edit it at YT to slow it down, so you may have to play it back there at .5 or .25 speed. But here is what happens:

Keep an eye on the bottom of the list under the green highlighted "obs64"...

Vegas190.exe shows up for a second or two with
-- ErrorLauncherReporter.exe,
-- FIleOSurrugate.exe and
-- svstrserver.exe.

Then gets highlighted in red (meaning it's shutting down), and disappears.
______________

Yes, I may have to re-install, but my concern is losing all presets and keyboard shortcuts, and that I'd have to reinstall BorisFX Continuum - and don't want to lose my presets in that either.

Not sure what happened, but at one point I noodled with some more advanced under-the-hood true-false setting that I cannot recall using the I/O Preferences+CTRL that may or may not have messed things up eventually. Though nothing was affected for many months so it may not be relevant.

Whatever the case, to play it safe I'll try to set all those back to default once I get VP going again.

Thanks for any help

@Soniclight-2.0 Hi, did you miss the chaos the other day ?

https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/urgent-vegas-pro-opening-problem--140757/

Vegas put out a patch very shortly after https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/patch-vegas-pro-19-build-651--140802/ If it's a slow download have a look & i think some people shared their download,

Sorry if i'm on the wrong track,

@Former user  Thanks. Yup, missed the chaos for I'm very sporadic in my video-ing these days. Went to that thread, tried the workarounds and it was hit and miss. Then realized you'd provide the patch for VP 19 here (my aging 68 y.o. brain ain't payin' attention enough these days...) That fixed it. Phew. So thanks again.
