When I "start" (i.e start rendering) Rendering IT TAKES 2 MINUTES (I have timed it) BEFORE IT ACTUALLY STARTS RENDERING.. This just started yesterday and I made no changes that I know of..It has worked for a long time previously.

Is it something with the project? Try the VP20 benchmark in my signature and record the time you get.
@RogerS i"m trying to determine why my computer is so slow at ths vp20 benchmark compared to others, and I think it's because of those 3 threads that are maxing out at 100% at 4.5ghz, and the IPC is lower than Intel 12/13/14K series.
I"m interested to know what happens on your computer, can you share a screen recording or screen shot of your cores where there is maximum load during the benchmark?
btw, this bench doesn't count. I'm using voukoder to try and get most throughput to stress cpu the most. Interestingly at this resolution there's very little difference between voukoder and Magix AVC NVENC
Interesting testing. This weekend I can try to make a recording of it for you.
@RogerS I think this benchmark is much better then the old one, more representative of an average project, and rewards people with the best CPU's. The results make more sense.

I thought that was the AI test, , So the real Ai test is turning style transfer on, and render between markers 13 and 14?
