VP 8.1 with Mercalli or Deshaker

Anyone get either of these plugins working with Vegas Pro 8.1 64 bit? If, what's the procedure for doing so.

Deshaker will not work in 8.1 but is fine in 8.0c. Do not know about Mercali.
