VP13 occasional black frame on rendered video

Hi,
I have a GTX 770 and my project contains a mix of HDV from a Canon HV30 and 1080p50 mp4 from a Canon XA20

Upon rendering to DVD Widescreen there are the odd black frame in the video, ie once every 2 seconds or so. It is random in nature.

If I disable GPU in VP options, and re-render, all is good. Likewise if I render to DV AVI all is OK... I have tried NVidia drivers 337.88 and 340.43. I cant really go back further because earlier versions have issues with the UHD screen connected.

Anyone else seeing this?

I had this issue with any driver higher then 334.89 with my GTX580. Try and go back further just to see if in fact it is a driver issue.

Thanks for your suggestion. I ran Display Driver Uninstaller and installed 334.89. The issue was still happening.

I changed the RAM preview to 0 and that seemed to fix it!?!?

I have a NVIDIA GTX 690 with driver: 9.18.13.4052 and a project with .arw pictures (raw files). All of my video has no problem rendering, but when it renders the images it randomly chooses some to be black or blink in and out. I tried disabling GPU and putting Ram Preview to 0, but I still have the issue. I may have to convert all my images to something else before rendering.

I get the black frames as well (along with other little glitches) if I try to use my GPU with Vegas. You are not alone.

I`ve got the same problem with black frame occurring in rendered films. If there is no sollution for this problem, then Vegas is useless for me. Sad because I really like editing in Vegas. Help!
