VP15 not showing AMD VCE any more

VP15 Build 384.

I am using AMD RX480 8GB graphics card. With the graphics driver from Feb 2018 (18.2.1), I have AMD VCE in the Render As.

If I update to anything later, I no longer have that AMD VCE option.

Suggestions? This is with the latest Radeon drivers.

try to reinstall vegas, I use newer amd drivers with no problem.
