VP15 Render Settings File Directory?

Hello,

I was wondering where the render settings for VP15 Build 261 are saved... I reinstalled Windows along with other software and I want to get my render settings back. I copy and pasted the Favourites.settings file from my old VP15 install, but when I launched the new VP15 install, none of my render settings showed up.

I even tried making a test render setting and saving it, and going back to the Favourites.settings and deleting the newly generated file, but yet when I open VP15 again, the test render setting is still there, leading me to believe the render setting is not in the same place as it used to be anymore (in AppData\Roaming...etc.)

Is there a new location?

I don't know about Vegas Pro but my Magix Vegas Movie Studio 14 has the actual templates stored in AppData\Roaming\Sony\Render Templates. Yes in a Sony, not Magix or Vegas folder. It could be because my original MS was a SCS programme so they still get put there?

yeah, check your users/yourusername/appdata/roaming folder. you may have to enable "show hidden files and folders" in windows folder options to see it.
