VP16 Suite - Video Noise Reduction??

With all of the new plugins for VP16 Suite, is there anything in there for video noise reduction? I really (still) don't want to pay for NEAT Video. But cannot find any NR plugins. :(

The suite version of Vegas Pro 16 includes Ignite Pro which includes both a video denoiser as well as a grain remover. But Neat Video still seems to be the best video denoiser available.

I worked my way through the Ignite Pro Denoiser manual. It should be called, De-video-quality-er :)... It's ain't all that, even after several attempts at analyzing various areas of my clip (dark room - band playing on stage - video camera with high gain settings to compensate for darkness). The degrain option may be better. I'm tweaking it right now with slightly better results.
