VP18 will not run after...

Please help!

VP18 will not run after I pushed the "power user" button, somewhere in the menu it crashed. When I try to open it, it tries to open be at the end it just flashes a white screen 4 or five times and shuts down. Here is the error message.🤢

Here are my computer specs.

Win10 64bit 3.60HZ

i5-8600k

32Gb of ram

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall to no avail.

Is there a way to do a "deep" uninstall???

Try updating. Current build is 527.

Do the update and then restart the system....
