VP23 Suite failing to register for over a month

Around start of December last year I bought VP23 Suite (Perpetual) and installed proDAD and successfully registered it, VP didnt work, web installer showed blank error so I got the full installer, my key and email shows valid however trying to register shows that I couldnt establish connection, I try everything within my power to get it working, reset my internet, ran as admin, modified my files and registry keys (dont worry I didnt change anything that would screw over me and the PC)
Logging in to forums with the paid account doesnt work (results in Error 500 in all platforms) and emailing them resulted in no response (for over a month), this account I am using right now is a recent new account (not the account I used to pay for VP23 Suite)
