VP9 upgrade includes full DVD Architect license?

I'm one of the group who bought the discounted $130 version of VP8 at B&H, but I've been looking to upgrade to a full version including DVDA Pro for some time now (as I recently purchased an AVCHD cam and would enjoy the capabilities it brings along with it). I've already paid for my preorder of the VP9 upgrade, but now I'm beginning to wonder about the DVDA upgrade policy. Will my upgraded version include a full working license of DVDA? If not, I might cancel and hold off, as I'm on a bit of a budget (running an independent website will do that to you :).
