VST Plugin Scan happens on every start of V22

Every time I open V22 the Plugin Scan starts at 75% and rescans the UADx VST3 Plugins.

I mean every time the application is opened. Even after successful save and close etc.

This takes about 3 minutes here. Please fix it.

Or I guess I will just have to remove my favourite UADs. Or stop using VST in Vegas (again)

Just to add it is not only UAD. It seems to start at UAD but continues alphabetically. (From about 75%)
