Great news Gary, thanks for that info.
Does it mean the update is that huge 28,9 MB-File? And this must be installed over the existing VV installation?

BTW - Kona Coffee arrived the day before yesterday. I need a 'HowTo' for it now ... ;-)))

Good, I check it out and see if it will fix the audio sample rate issue from the Canon ZR camcorder. One thing I did noticed that the readme file said that all projects saved before VV3.b will not be readable with this new version. Well I least I know that I have to start my projects over.

I think you read the "Read Me" file wrong.
It reads: "Vegas project saved in version 3.0b will not open in any previous version of Vegas. Project structure had to be changed to address bugs and there was no way to avoid this project versioning incompatibility."

GG:
I downloaded both b versions (build 127 and 128) and I did not have to put in any information. I never installed build 127 as 128 was posted before I had a chance to get around to it. I did install 128 and expected to have to at least input my serial number, but, to my delight, the install and subsequent functioning of the upgrade seem to operate normally without inputing any info or registering.

Is my experience the way it's supposed to work? I've checked the 'about' info, and it confirms that I have version b build 128.

Just curious.

This is the way all Sonic Foundry upgrades work. If you've already registered, it's that simple. Joy!
