VV3 crach when opening a svcd

it is normal that VV3 not response when i'm trying to open a svcd ?

i was able to watch it in powerdvd,media player.. able to open it in Adobe Premiere 6.0.

Hi, man! Have you notice that no one replyes to this kind of question? I am having problems to open any kind of MPEG files in VV3 and even When I uninstall VV3 and install other versions, the problem persists. The most strange is that other apps work fine! I think that maybe Sonic Foundry is working to resolve this issue. Till there we won´t get any answer. I notice something else: to render SVCD compliant files with MainConcept takes 10 times more time than with Ligos encoder and the quality is almost the same.
