I have to say the mere addition of a dialog box warning that 'You are currently logged on to this computer without system administrator privileges. Some features of this program may not be available to you' was not quite what I'd hoped for when it came to dealing with the problem of Vegas Video 3.0 being unable to write to or extract audio from CDs if the user has only a Limited account.
Whose responsibility is this? Is it a failing in Vegas (and Sound Forge), in Windows XP Professional, or is it just my fault for not knowing my way around the Administrative Tools well enough?
