I was looking all over for an official feature request post, but didn't find one so here's my request.

I'm a big fan of the Vegas Pro interface and I'm becoming a big user of the Wacom Tablet for all my graphics and video software.

Although it works fairly well right now, I would love to see Vegas Pro become more tablet friendly.

I'm not sure all the ins and outs of this, but maybe:

• Making a greater margin for error for trimming clips so you don't have to be so precise.
• Larger sliders for all the effects.
• More 'hover scrubbing'.  Nice to see it in the trimmer window now!
• More visible controls on the screen at once.  The dockers are great, but the program can seem claustrophobic at times.
• Node compositing.  Not sure of the value of this yet as Vegas is a great compositor, but it is becoming more popular.

A lot of these features have been implemented and done well in products such as Autodesk Smoke/Flame.  Vegas should keep its own identity, but it would be neat to see it open up to a more tablet friendly environment.
