waiting on refund?

Hey all! Loyal Vegas Pro user here with an odd question. How long does it normally take for the folks at Magix to process a refund? I tried the Vegas Post package and was not impressed with it so well within my 14 day window requested and was granted a refund. Now just waiting... and curious as to how long the wait time is? Sticking with Vegas Pro 15 for now and will likely just purchase Vegas Pro 17 on its own.

I did the same order, though I was on the 365 version of Post, and they gave the refund fairly fast, less than two weeks.
