What does it show when you click on the My Account link above, then My Software? Is your SN for VMS7 listed? If not, you may need to register it. Make sure the SN you're using matches what is listed on the splash screen when VMS is loading.

ADDED: Is there a reason why you want to upgrade to v9 at this time? I have no idea when v10 will be released but it's long overdue and could be out in the next month or two. If you don't have a specific need, I'd suggest that you wait to see. Just a thought.
