Warmer and richer audio

What is the best method to apply to a thin tinny camera voice audio to make it more full and rich.

There are quite a few different EQ's in your audio effects. I suggest the 20 band graphic EQ or Para-graphic EQ. Experiment with the frequencies between about 400 Hz and 1200 Hz. Probably boosting the lower frequencies and lowering the higher ones.
