Warning:An error occured while writing a file.

I just started using DVDA. Came over from Studio 8. After finishing my first project I tried to Prepare and Burn. I got the "Warning:An error occurred while writing a file. The reason for this error could not be determined." I tried to Prepare only and received the same warning. The project is about 10.5gig, main menu, submenu, and 5 chapters. One video and one audio track. It also deletes the folder it is writing to. The system never crashes or freezes.
My system:
Pentium 4, 2.0
512 ddr pc2700 ram
ATI Radeon 8500 w/128 ram
80gig C: drive (approx. 50gig free)
240 gig RAID 0 array G: drive (approx 140gig free)
WindowsXP SP1
Thanks for any help I can get. I'm out of ideas.
Dennis

Max on DVD is 4.7 gigs. How long is is your video? Did you try the optimize function in DVDA. It should tell you if the files are too long and what percentage on you disk will be used.
