Warp Flow in VEGAS Pro 17

My first time using this transitions FX where it can blend both clip smoothly to remove the empty stutter gap of the person talking in between of the video.

But why it affects the saturation/contrast of the video?

And it will crash few sec later after previewing the video.

I can confirm the issue with Warp Flow.
The problem occurs when using a Video Output FX, such as Levels or SeMW Extensions. It is particularly good to recognize when Invert is used as output FX. Then, in the area of the transition, the inversion is missing. If the effects are applied as Track FX, it seems to work.
