I had the same problem, again. Most distressing.

Simply no excuse for it either. Shame on Sony for using such a cheesy ISP that can't keep their web site up.

Sonic Foundry rarely had problems like this.

Sony has had many problems keeping their site up...or so it seems.

Well, you guys never migrated a big site to a new ISP, it's not that easy, give them a chance...

Didn't say I wasn't giving them a chance. Just confirming for myself that it was their system, not anything to do with mine.

Caruso, no offence to you, I was talking about the replies...

Oh, I'll give them a chance all right. But if it's so difficult that they can't be expected to have it working 24/7, why don't they put up a message saying so? Or better: put the appropriate amount of resources into it. We're not talking about flying to the moon here, are we?

Have to agree with Torsie on this . .Customer Service manifests itself in many and varied ways . . it's wonders to perform!

. . just a small maintenance Page would do me. The other thing is that I get very enthusiastic about this s/w and I DO tell people about it. People who know nothing about it. I tell them to go visit the Forum site . . now with no message saying how wonderful and what is being done to improve this site - with a little webpage - we are look a tad foolish . . "So, Grazie . .went to the site you said . . and guess what?!"

. . get the picture . .Oh yes, I support this s/w and the great people working to make it even better . . . but, as Torsie says "It aint going to moon" stuff . . and it could just make a very real difference . . nothing more and nothing less,

Best regards,

Grazie
