I had upgraded to VP22 suite last week. I didn't know if there is something that I was supposed to get along with all the other feature in the download like the Audio Hero. That is what I am missing.

I am only guessing - but check your Vegas Pro Suite purchase email to see if there is a password or similar for Audio Hero so that you can set up an Audio Hero account on https://www.audiohero.com/.

It seems that Audio Hero is not a download program but rather a website from which media (e.g. mp3, wav or whatever format they offer) is downloaded and placed on Vegas Pro's timeline like any other media whether that be audio or video.
