Watermark in NewBlue Titler Pro 3

I'm using Movie Studio Platinum 12. I upgraded to Titler Pro 3 as soon as I saw the $99 upgrade. I've completed a project with multiple titles using Titler Pro. When I preview the video, all is fine with my titles. However, when I attempt to render my project, as soon as the render reaches a title created in Titler Pro, the NewBlue watermark appears and the render stops dead in its tracks. I've checked the NewBlue Activation Program, and it tells me the program is activated.

Any thoughts? The project is expected for completion next weekend...

I would suggest to contact NewBlueFX customer support.
I did it in the past and the support was excellent: they reacted quickly and were always able to solve the issue.

Thanks Roberto - I emailed NewBlue last night, and Ed has already sent me some suggestions - fantastic support!
I'll try to post the solution once the problem is solved.

So here's the fix...

I got an email reply from Edward at NewBlue.
He suggested that I deactivate TitlerPro, then reactivate it.
Once that was done, all worked perfectly. The render went without a hitch, and the titles are terrific.
What great customer support!
