Did you have a previous version installed? Try uninstalling all sonic foundry sony products and re installing them. Happened to me when I updated from 3.0 to 5.0

I loaded the trial version first and then entered my registration code. When I did not find Wave Hammer I uninstalled it and loaded the full version from CD and it is still not there.

As per my post in Sound Forge forum.....after installing SP2 my wave hammer was not working right. It was now a 'demo' and made loud electronic bleeps in the region I processed. I uninstalled and reinstalled SF7.0b and the 'demo' part is gone and the audio bleeps are gone as well although I still have an issue with the waveform being off the DC axis.

I think this is associated with the SP2. I've had numerous weird glitches since installing that piece of $#%%^^^$!!!! as it seemed to scramble 'over easy' my data in several different drives and has affected both my Sound Forge and my Vegas 4.0. I hesitate to open my Acid....who knows what I'll find next!
Good Luck,
