waves plugins still glitchy in vegas 14

I've been running Vegas 11 for several years..using both the 32bit and 64bit versions.  Upgraded to Vegas 13, but two things went wrong. 1.  My Waves plugins (I have both 32bit and 64bit versions of the Horizon bundle) under Vegas 13 (which only runs as 64bit) never worked properly.  Always glitchy, especially when resizing a window or zooming in or out whilst playing. I'm not using tremendous amounts of plugins..maybe 10 per session across several audio tracks.  Vegas 14...exact same issue.  Never found a solution under SCS.

2. Support for my AJA Kona3 video card (used for displaying on an external monitor) went away. Never got a solution under SCS.  Same thing with Vegas 14.  So, basically, vegas 13 and 14 are unusable for me.

I"ve tried tweaking settings for video cards, audio drivers (using MOTU ASIO, btw, which works wonderfully under Vegas 11), buffering settings, display resolution settings, etc, but never got these two things to work or work properly.  Also installed msft .NET 4.6.2 which solved the video issue for some, but sadly not for me.

OK, I could buy a new video card that IS supported by Vegas 14, but where do I find a list of these supported cards?  And what about the Waves 64bit plugins not playing properly..is this a Waves issue, or a Vegas issue?

Anybody?  Anybody?  Buehler?

Thx for any feedback.
