have tried every way which way, on 2 pc's and have to say;

a. it's a terrific program

b. screws up vegas every time

does anyone have any advice about intergration with vv6? had it working happily in 5 (with dummy media), but with 6 i just get vegas shutting down as soon as i use any fx / trans....

ps. and the sooner edwards back on board, the better!

would be nice if someone would explain exactly what's wax's problem with vegas. i had it running in vv5, though some fx / trans used to throw it into a wobbly where vv would simply freeze up.

i wouldn't really care if not for the fact that ther are quite a few nice veggies out there, and ones i've done for clients in vv5 based on wax....

maybe they'll be a usable f?

My integration of the Wax 2e plugin with V6d is working just fine. I use the following settings:

In V6d, set Dynamic RAM Preview to 0 MB
In W2e, set Dynamic RAM Preview to 64 MB, and activate the checkbox for Use Dummy Host Media.

Using 3D hardware acceleration vs software has made no difference for me in my ability to use wax. If it still does not work, try reinstalling Wax if you have not already done so.
