Ways to insert subtitles not at the beginning of the track

Hello!

I'm working on two videos on one project. For each video I have subtitle track. Right now I insert subtitles by going to Insert -> Insert Subtitles From File.

The problem is Vegas insert subtitles always at the beginning of the track and I need manually adjust subtitle start time for a second video.

Is there a way to insert subtitles under playhead or markers, or any other way? So I don't need to manually adjust subtitles for the second video file.

A script that works the way YOU want it to work?

I'm not into scripting. I'm interested is there any feature inside Vegas that I don't know.

@melory-f just my two cents, a subtitles srt file has timecodes for the fixed positions of the subtitles on the timeline which normally starts at 0:00:00,00. You can give Vegas a negative start of the timeline, example -0:00:10,00 for a 10 seconds additional.
