I have to change my ISP.  Mine is shutting down. 

I have 2 domians that are very lightly used for actual websites.  I use about 15 e-mail address doing POP3 or IMAP.  I normally use website software to write websites and then upload via FTP.  Normally I don't use things like Weebly or Website Builder -- but for certain things they are nice tools. 

Looking at eHost or GoDaddy .. other suggestions?
