I am importing a .veg project into another .veg project and getting a weird problem displaying and rendering the MPEG-2 files.
Original Project:
- Contains MPEG-2 files and DV files, both NTSC
- MPEG-2 files are 4:3, .9091 pixel aspect ratio, upper field, 720x480
- DV files are 4:3, .9091 pixel aspect ratio, lower field, 720x480
New project with embedded project from above:
(I imported some new DV footage I recently shot and imported the .veg from above)
- Contains only DV files. The DV files are new footage I shot but with the same specs as above. So in summary, if you were viewing my timeline it would show one DV AVI file and the embedded .veg on the timeline.
Now, when I render my new project the MPEG-2 files seem to get messed up and does not display both fields, it only displays half of them. Quality reduces. This also occurs when previewing in BEST mode. The best way I can describe this is the MPEG-2 files seem to lose its fields. The DV footage is completely fine though and is untouched. Has anyone had this happen before?
