I've got a long interview on the T/L that I'm splitting and trimming.

When I split it, I can't make the second event longer (the one later on the timeline) by dragging the box past the split point. I can shorten it, or lengthen the event before, but its not letting my extend beyond the split point-even if I move the event box around on the timeline.

Is there some option I don't know about, or is it a weird glitch?
