okay im having so much fun i was wondering is there a way ,trick,technique to making our own transions within vegas
and the use of our camera or frame by frame blackfilling?

Yes, sort of. Look up "compositing" and "masking" in the manual. Here is a little tutorial i made for some of the transition masks i've created:
