Can anyone recommend a site with a recent comparison of video cards?

Also:

My system has a 21" monitor, but I also have an old 14" monitor just
laying around and collecting dust. Are there any graphics cards with a 2nd
VGA-out that will allow me to use this old monitor as my video-preview in
Vegas 3.0 ?
