What are Vegas’ unique features?

I know that other software has “caught up” with some functions that Vegas pioneered, but was wondering if there are still features that only Vegas has.

Here are some possibles, but they may not be unique– please add or subtract …

Generated media – saved as part of project file.

Velocity Envelopes

Takes

Dragging Tracks up/down and Unlimited Resizing

Supersampling

Continuous looped playback whilst settings windows are opened/closed/adjusted

3D Track Motion

Don't forget multiple instances of Vegas running at the same time.

EDIT: Right click on 24P asset in Project Media and access File Format Properties to get a dialog to disable/enable 2:3 pulldown

The "Take" function is really cool and I don't know if any other editors have this.
