What'd I do?

Using V4 + DVD-A 1.0

My chapter point/markers SEEM like they're OK in Vegas, but if I preview in DVD-A, my "next chapter" remote button will forward two chapters, skipping one. Everytime I try to go to the next chapter, it moves two.
I rendered as a DVD-A MPEG video stream in Vegas with a separate AC-3.
The burned DVD also does this with my remote.
Any ideas where I screwed-up?

Boy, Mario, that's a new one! I had one (and one only, so far) where the chapter markers weren't recognized at all. They were there in the Vegas file, but not transferring to the DVD-A app. I just went back into Vegas, removed all the chapter markers and re-inserted them. That seemed to work. To this day, I still don't know what went wrong.

After adding my markers to my project, I think I mistakenly used the "regions to chapters" script.
