What do I choose for render

Another newbie question...
I just finished a project and it is 23.976 framerate at 1280x720 and now I need to render with for preview on a TV using a DVD player.
What render do I choose to get a top quality view of this?
(please be specific with all the details)

You should be able render using the MPEG-2 DVD Architect 24p Widescreen DVD preset. Use it, then render the audio separately, either as AC-3 or PCM. Use the same file name.
