What does HitFilm cost if you own SV Pro12

I see the Vegas Suite bundle but what does HitFilm Ultimate 2 cost if I already have Vegas Pro 12?

Mark hit film will still be integrated with Vegas 12 even if you buy outside the suite. This is how i did it.
