What file types will DVDA accept for Blu-Ray?

If I want to make a BD with DVDA, what file types will it work with?

A BluRay uses compliant AVC or MPEG-2 video.
Introducing anything else and expecting DVDA to render it is a roll of the dice.

The compliant video and audio files are listed in the DVDA manual in a place dependent on the version number. In Version 6.0, it is given in Appendix B.
