What happened to the media label on the thumbs

I went to look for it and now don't see the mediafilename that used to be on the beginning of every event. I can now only get the active take information to show...I would like to see both the active take and the media filename like I used to....

"View - Active Take Information" shows me the media filename.

Yes when I drag down a clip that has region, the region name is the only thing that is displayed...

He's telling you to go to "View" on the menu bar and click on "Active Take Information" from the drop down list. Then your media labels will be visible again on the thumbnails.

I have got view active take information on. Here, try this on... create a region named test on a clip in x.avi. Then drag that region-test into the timeline and the clip shows me the test and not the x.avi.. If I drag the avi file to the TL I can see the x.avi. I see, the name is in the audio track....
