What is limited in the 4.0 DEMO?

Hi, I downloaded the beta version of 4.0 a few weeks ago and liked it. A few days ago I deleted it (before the trial was up because I use premiere), but now I am thinking about making the "real" switch. My question is this, I downloaded the 4.0 demo (not the beta) and installed it. I have only used it for about an hour, but I cant tell what is limited with this demo and what is not. Is it full featured for a limited amount of days like the beta, or am I just too retarded to see what is limited. Could someone give me a list of the features that are limited to me right now. Sorry, I am just confused and I am wondering if the beta version is still in my registery and not limiting the demo... is this possible? Thanks.

By the way, what is the benefit of ordering the CD over downloading vegas 4.0? Thanks for answering what I am sure is a stupid question.

***update: I just found out that I cant save. Kind of a bummer, wish I would have kept the beta now.***

With the CD you likely get Studio 6 (aka Sound Forge 6 Lite) and, uhm, that's likely about it. Canadians generally always download to avoid the 7% customs tax and 30$ "customs brokering" charge (some Frenchie passes the package to another one then charge my Visa account 30$) If Sonic Foundry were willing to mail instead of UPS the product to us I'd buy the CDs, maybe.
