What is NewBlue VideoFX MSP?

Hello

Vegas Movie Studio+DVD Platinum ships with “NewBlue VideoFX MSP, an exclusive collection of 107 video effects and transitions from NewBlue, Inc”.

Questions:

1. What are the differences between NewBlue VideoFX MSP and the NewBlue’s VideoFX packages (NewBlue Art Effects and NewBlue Motion Effects) from New Blue?

2. Is it possible to use the NewBlue VideoFX MSP as plug-ins in Vegas version 6 and / or 7?
