What is the $600.00 in free S.F. software with Vegas 3?

Just got the new S.F. catalog, and the Vegas 3 box on the cover has the following at the bottom -
"Includes $600.00 in FREE Sonic Foundry Software"
What's the deal? Do you get that if you download? Upgrade?
Also, the bonus Content CD is called Videometry from Live Stock Film. Is any or all of that the same that came with Video Factory 1?

I think they are counting all of the XFX plug-ins and some of the other stuff that they used to sell seperately. This could add up to about $600. That's my guess.
