I have a recruitment video for a university that was approved three weeks ago today and now they want to change a sentence. I have deleted eveything except for the mpg/ac3 files.
Fortunately there is B-roll running over the person talking so it won't need to be re-shot (I'll only need to capture audio) but there is a music bed under her on the DVD.
I'm guessing I will need to capture the stereo track of the .ac3 playing from a DVD player to edit? From there I would guess I would need to take out that section, place the new audio in, and sync/match the levels of the old music bed and re-render.
Is this the best way? I was thinking V8 could now open/edit .ac3 but V8 only seems to see the .mpg
