Your first picture shows the same as mine while rendering 4 K project 50p with some FX's
At me it renders normal and fast.
Maybe you have to set your Dyn RAM Preview max. to default or 0 to stop that freezing.

I recently tried ur suggestion of dynamic ram preview to default or 0, same thing happened again. First hang on white screen due to no recovery then i hv to close it from task manager.

Your drone footage looks unfamiliar to me, original framerate seems to be exactly 59.000 FPS.
